This week was pretty good. We had a lot of good work and some fun things happen to us.
Maybe the most important was that we did not have a baguio happen in our area, like no strange weather at all, but that in the south there was some crazy storms. Also Pacquiao lost, that was a big deal here. They say that like the whole country lost money on bets. Also today is a national day of mourning for him.
Tuesday we had exchanges, it was really fun. We met a less active man, who according to Pres. Packer is very rare. He was the one man who went less active because he was asked to pray. But he was very nice and when we asked him to pray he said a wonderful prayer and it was really nice to hear it.
Also on Thursday we had a meeting, where the AP/ZL's told us to smile more, that people were turned off because the missionaries didn't smile. So I made it a goal to smile and say hello to everyone.
Friday, was the best thing ever. We were walking in front of a Catholic church that is super cool and old too. But there were some people out front. I said hi to them. One of them realized that we were mormons started shouting at us. Like "only one for me the Catholics. I hate you I hate you" I was hurt, so I said I love you, she told me I was lying. It was sad, but funny at the same time.
Then Sunday was crammed packed. Packing, church, Christmas devotional. Really a fun week but really tiring and busy but fun and rewarding.
